Holding a Master of Philosophy in Education, she began her leadership journey as the Founder Principal of Shadan Group of Modern Schools and later led the Diamond Jubilee High School, Hyderabad, an Aga Khan institution. As Regional Head for Aga Khan Education Service, she managed schools across Southern India and partnered with the Government of Andhra Pradesh on education outreach programs.

A Master Trainer with certifications from prestigious institutions like Philips Andover, USA, and Queen’s University, Canada, Lalitha Naidu has always prioritized professional development. In 2009, as Principal of Meridian School, Madhapur, she transformed it into one of Hyderabad's leading schools.
